The air cooler works as follows: It draws in dry, warm air which is then passed through a dampened mat. The mat absorbs the heat, and the moisture in the mat evaporates and cools the air a few degrees so you can enjoy a refreshing and refreshing breeze. You can compare it to a warm summer day by the water: Even though the temperature is high, it still feels pleasantly cool.

The humidified air is blown back into the room so you do not experience the dry air that is often seen with air systems.
